Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition and include all original packaging and components.
Initial Shipping: Please note that all original shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Upon request, we can provide prepaid return labels but we deduct the shipping and handling charges from the agreed refundable amount. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to our shop.
Standard Fees: Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the inspection and testing of the products.
Digital Products: Please note that certain digital or software-based products may be non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.

Secure Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged for transport. For freight items, ensure the battery is properly secured to a pallet as originally received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus all shipping costs and applicable restocking fees) will be processed to your original method of payment.
