To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Authorization: Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team before shipping any items.

  3. Secure Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged for transport. For freight items, ensure the battery is properly secured to a pallet as originally received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus all shipping costs and applicable restocking fees) will be processed to your original method of payment.
