Delivery/ Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing ener-Z. We are committed to delivering your hybrid batteries and products safely and efficiently. Below are the details regarding our shipping process.


Processing & Handling Time

  • Fast Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within two (2) business days of receiving your order.

  • Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.


Carrier Partners

To ensure reliable delivery of both small components and heavy battery assemblies, we utilize the following carriers:

  • FedEx Ground: Used for standard-sized batteries and smaller components.

  • Freight Services: Used for heavy or oversized items, such as EV batteries, to ensure they are handled with the necessary equipment. Our standard shipping of the freight service is to a business address with a forklift to unload the pallet. If you want the delivery to your home, please choose an option "Residential Delivery". 


Tracking Your Order

  • Stay Informed: Once your order has been dispatched, we will automatically send the tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Status Updates: You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.


Important Shipping Notes

  • Shipping Destinations: Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as freight shipments often require a scheduled delivery window.

  • Large Deliveries: For freight orders, the carrier may contact you via phone to coordinate the final delivery. Please ensure a valid phone number is included with your order.
